Even professional golfers only have about a 2,500 to 1 chance. This makes it a truly special and memorable accomplishment.
The 3 guys I was playing with witnessed the shot, but odly so there were 200 people on a patio behind the hole. They all had a chance to see the ball go in but, instead of watching the shot, they were all listening to someone else on a microphone. I was not involved in the tournament, but it was something to witness. To be there in that moment and to see the ball go in the hole, with all those people you would expect a reaction but, nothing, no sound at the green. Just us at the tee yelling and screaming.
