The odds of an average golfer hitting a hole-in-one are estimated to be around 12,500 to 1.
Even professional golfers only have about a 2,500 to 1 chance. This makes it a truly special and memorable accomplishment.

Hole 13 was showing 150 yards and was slightly uphill and into the wind. Flag was back right. I figured I needed a 160-165 yard shot. I hit a 7i toward the center of the green with a cut. The ball landed 5 feet from the hole and one hopped into the cup. I was in shock. Post round bourbon never tasted so good. I was subbing in league play with a neighbor and shot 4 over 39. I used a vice tour that I have marked with a w for my grandfather who went by walter and my uncle wayne. Both who I credit for my love of golf. Witnessed by jeff mussman and john ranz
