The ace occured on the 16th hole during our company's spring golf outing (mid-mountain foods). We were playing a 4-man team scramble and the 16th was our 3rd hole. My playing partners were jim asbury, john hess and archie combs. Those guys went nuts and I went numb. The ironic thing was this hole was not one of the closest to the pin holes. The company did give me a nice plaque though.
