I was hitting to an elevated green with only the top of the flag visible. I hit a perfect nine iron the ball flying straight and directly at the flag. My partner frank siers shouted ' thats a hole in one' and I laughed. When we arrived at the green my ball was nowhere to be seen only a pitchmark about two feet in front of the pin. My ball was in the hole and the emotion was overwhelming!
