Couldn't see the actual cup but hit a great shot, knew it was close. We let a single play through. When we went to the green, we couldn't find the basll anywhere. Couple holes later, we saw the single and asked if he picked up a ball. He was astonished and said the only ball he saw was in the cup, thinking someone forgot to pick it up. He gave it back to me and witnessed for my group and the clubhouse.
