It was a slippy wet morning, and it was about the only day of the summer that it was rainly, allbeit slightly. I was with a couple of friends who are a lot better than me and I really wanted to show them I could do something special, but had never had the opportunity. When teeing up I was a little concerned about the small bunker that I end up in a few times. This morning I really tried to hit the ball harder to make sure that the ball didnt go in the bunker. I am normally quite reserved but when the ball went in I jumped up and down. My friends said 'there's life in the old dog yet'. I was like a different person. Everyone in the bar was really proud of me, and ever since I have had so much confidence that my game has improved dramatically. Everyone needs a hole in one.
