Struggling on the back nine. Just trying to make good contact. Well I did. Beautiful ball flight. Landed ten feet from the pin and rolled in on the course's signature island hole. I was stunned, extremely happy, but very calm. Could not believe I just made a hole in one. Never thought I would make one even though I had been close a couple times. It was odd but the rest of the foursome acted way more excited than me, especially my best bud. I think the best part of the hole in one was buying everyone in the bar a round, albeit a small group, and listening to everyone regale in their best golf related memory.
