It was the first day of golfing on our spring holiday. I had my son, my brother in law and some friends all playing at the same time. We started on the back nine on a course that we never played before. This par 3 was also the third hole of the day. When I hit the shot and we all saw it land on the green, we never saw it go into the hole, but looked like it was very close to the hole. It wasnt until we got close to the green, did we all see that the ball was stuck between the pin and the cup. My son, who was ahead of us, did not put the pin into the cup properly, so it was leaning forward. Once my brother-in-law touched the pin, the ball dropped into the hole. I did a happy dance and walked away, knowing that the rest of the week of golfing couldnt get any better than what I had just done.
