Even professional golfers only have about a 2,500 to 1 chance. This makes it a truly special and memorable accomplishment.
A little wind in our face so I took an extra club for me. When I hit the shot I exclaimed, "pulled it". Amazingly the ball landed on a rise left and short of the pin. It checked quickly and began to role toward the hole until it found the bottom. My friend, richard hatcher, was more excited than I was. He had never seen one and this was my second to make. He made a plaque for me to display in my office.
