The gc owner, max cory was mowing the fringe of the green. My son tyler and I were playing together. Max waved for us to hit and pulled off to one side of the hole. My son hit, and then I did. It was warm and very sunny, so there was a fair amount of glare. The ball hit short of the pin and disappeared after one hop. I was excited, but told my son that it must have just hopped off the back of the green. The owner max, stood up and walked over to the hole. He pointed down, so I knew it had gone in the hole at that point. It was very special to have my son with me. We had just returned from his college orientation, so it was a great day!
