This hole-in-one was... Well what can I say. It was truly amazing. I was the last person to tee-off on that hole. I was using a smt 6* encore driver head on a aldila tour grade tgw90 tx shaft. I routinely drive the greens on par-4's, so I expected to drive the green. When I drove up to find where the ball had landed, the group in front that was still on the green told me the ball was in the hole. At first, I thought they were joking, but pauly had a serious face because while in the process of him marking his ball, he said my ball hit the green two feet from where he was, took one hop, and went in the cup! Word about this event spreaded like wildfire around the course (we were playing in our weekly shootout). Everyone is certain that what I did has never been done in the over 80-year history of the golf course. Good stuff
