Even professional golfers only have about a 2,500 to 1 chance. This makes it a truly special and memorable accomplishment.
The pin placement was on a downhill slope which was partially blocked by a tree in the foreground. We weren't sure whether the ball went in the hole or rolled behind the tree. It was extra special to be playing with my good friend, june olson and also have the occasion witnessed by friends jay and carole fenberg who were on the green of #14. Jay jumped in his cart and drove up to give me a big hug!
