The white tees were up on this day and the hole is a par 4 dog leg left with a blind green. I managed to stripe my drive over a hill on the left that feeds down like bowl into an elevated green. Suddenly my buddy isaac and I heard yelling from the green, which we didn't know had people still on it, and we thought they were pissed so we started shouting apologies back. As we approached the green the entire foursome was standing outside their carts waiting and we thought they were going to have words for us. Then they started excitedly explaining how hey were all standing around the hole when a ball came in hot off the hill sideways, rolled right through everyone, smacked the flagpole square on, popped a couple of feet in the air, and then came straight back down the pin into the hole! I didn't believe them at first because I was mentally preparing myself for an altercation, which turned to a state of shock when they relayed the news. They told me to check the cup if I didn't believe them, so I ran straight towards the hole and there it was! We all celebrated together in that moment as well as in the clubhouse after the round!
