It was the last day of our friendship trip and there a bit of wind, so I lined up my shot and used my maverik 11 wood. It looked good and we moved to the green as the pin was behind a bunker to locate all the balls. We looked and looked and could not find my ball. I thought at first that I went through the green and was looking in the cacti and other fauna. Then our friend, al hibbert said, "did anyone look in the cup? " sure enough there it was! I instantly had chills and was so excited. My first hole in one and I got to share it with friends from our previous residence. A great way to end the trip.
