I was playing in a best ball tournament with three of my friends. My two buddies got up the the hole (164 yd par 3) and both shanked their shots. I was left with the pressure of putting the ball on the green. So got up to hit the ball and I hit it clean. The wind was coming from behind me so I expected it to carry the ball. My buddy then said, 'hey that shot looks pretty good', it hit the green, rolled left to right and dissapeared. I couldn't believe it. Then the girls monitoring the hole as well as my foursome started screaming, 'it's in the hole'. I was in complete shock... I started running around like a soccer player who just scored the winning overtime goal to win the world cup. The girls then went to confirm that the ball was in the hole. They got there before me and verified that it was in the cup. And that's the shot that won me $25,000.
