It was a annual sponsored golf day out in the country area of cape town. Was a scorching hot day. I was not playing very well up until that stage. I decided to use my 5 wood as I was not striking the ball well enough to get to the green this time with my 6 iron. As I struck the ball I knew it was a good shot, it sounded good. It was teed up quite high as well. The ball went quite high and came down on the edge of the green and shot across the green towards the pin. It then disappeared, the other guy assured me it was somewhere on the green. When we got to the green they were amazed to see the ball safely in the hole. It was a great attention grabbing occasion for me.
