The green was above the tee box so when I hit the ball I saw it hit the bank to the left and bounce right. When we got up to the green my ball wasn't on the green as I was expecting so I went to check the bunkers and I wasn't in either of them so then we all went looking in the grass and we still couldn't find it. We couldn't understand why we couldn't find my ball and then my partner (spouse) said "maybe it's in the cup" and with that I turned around and said "no way!!!! " and there it was. What a fluke but I was delighted. The club gave me an engraved tag for my bag and I bought dinner and drinks for my party. So exciting!!!!! And to top it off my partner (spouse) was playing with another group about three holes behind me on aug. 21st.... 19 days later and he got a hole-in-one. Totally unbelieveable. I thought what's the chances of another couple both getting a hole-in-one within 19 days of each other. Awesome!
