I lost sight of it and thought it went over the green. My son said it "just disappeared". When we drove up to the hole, we both jumped out of the cart because it was flat around the green and we couldn't see the ball. We ran to the cup and there it was. Of course we yelled in excitement! There were a couple of other golfers who witnessed it and were quick to congratulate me.
